ManSafe Consulting was established in 2001 with a simple objective: helping organisations manage risk, protect their people and create workplaces where individuals and businesses can thrive. Founder Amanda Coulson, drawing on experience as a Registered Nurse and former Senior WorkSafe Victoria official, believes every organisation deserves access to experienced, practical safety leadership, regardless of its size. Our approach is practical, collaborative and grounded in the belief that effective safety is about people, not paperwork.
